My saber won’t start after charging — what should I do?

Remove the battery and check the contact plates — gently bend them out if they are not making contact. Reinsert the battery and turn on. If no response, charge again with an external charger. If still no response, contact support.

Step-by-step

  1. Unscrew the hilt to access the Core.
  2. Remove the battery from the Core.
  3. Look at the contact plates where the battery sits. If they are pressed flat, gently bend them outward with a small screwdriver.
  4. Reinsert the battery and try to power on.
  5. If no response, charge the battery for another 30 minutes using an external charger (not the hilt).
  6. Try powering on again. If still no response, contact support with your order number.
