Orders & Shipping

Can you ship lithium batteries to my country?

Quick answer

Most likely yes — we ship globally with IATA-compliant lithium battery declarations. A few countries have strict restrictions on air-freight lithium-ion batteries; if yours is one, we will contact you before shipping.

What we do

  • Use IATA Section II packing for lithium-ion batteries under 100Wh.
  • Declare batteries on the shipping manifest as required.
  • Use carriers experienced with lithium battery air freight (FedEx, DHL, UPS).

What you should do

Check your country’s import rules for lithium-ion batteries. Common sources of restriction: airline passenger-only rules (do not apply to cargo), post office restrictions (some countries do not allow batteries through their postal service at all), and certain military-controlled regions.
