Motion Control

Swing On: how does it work, and what sensitivity should I use?

Quick answer

When the saber is off, swing the hilt in a quick motion to ignite. Ignition only — there is no "swing off" (use Pull-Push or Twist to extinguish). Default sensitivity is 500 out of 0-1000. Higher = more sensitive to smaller swings.

How to use

  1. Hold the saber firmly.
  2. Swing it through the air with a deliberate, quick motion (like a small forehand stroke).
  3. The blade ignites.

Sensitivity

Default 500 works for most users. If the saber ignites too easily (e.g., when you just walk with it), lower the value. If you have to swing very hard, raise it.

Best for

Choreography and duel warm-ups. Combine with Twist Off so you can ignite with a swing and extinguish with a twist.
