Quick answer
We ship from two locations: a U.S. warehouse that stocks our bestsellers, and our own factory in Suzhou, China. U.S. orders are filled from U.S. stock when available; everything else ships from Suzhou. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
If you order in the U.S. and your saber is in U.S. stock, it ships domestically — no customs, faster delivery. Otherwise it ships from our Suzhou factory by international air freight.
The U.S. warehouse keeps the bestseller list close to North American customers. The Suzhou factory is our own facility — it covers the full catalog and the rest of the world.
