Orders & Shipping

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Quick answer

Possibly. International orders outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Who pays

The carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your local postal service) collects duties from you at delivery or before release. We cannot pre-pay or mark packages as “gift” — this is illegal and we will not do it.

High-risk destinations

Some countries (notably Germany, France, Italy, China, and certain Middle Eastern jurisdictions) may detain or seize imported goods that customs officials believe infringe on intellectual property rights, even if the goods are original designs. We are not responsible for customs actions, including seizure, destruction, or extended delays.

What to do

Check your country’s import rules before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us at support@bjsaber.com and we will help you assess the risk for your destination.
