You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your local postal service) to follow your package.

Take clear photos of the damage (including the box if it was damaged in transit) and email them to support@bjsaber.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with a replacement or refund.

Yes to U.S. PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (via USPS). We ship worldwide wherever PayPal is available — the only exceptions are U.S.-sanctioned destinations (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea) and places our carriers cannot reach.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2-3 business days. The refund is then initiated within 10 business days of approval, to your original payment method. After initiation, your bank or payment provider typically takes another 5-10 business days to post the funds.
