How do I install the blade into the hilt?

Insert the blade into the emitter end of the hilt until it seats, then hand-tighten the retention screws (usually 2) with the included hex key. Do not over-tighten — stop as soon as the blade does not wobble.

  1. Locate the emitter end (the open end where the blade exits).
  2. Insert the blade fully into the hilt. You should feel it bottom out.
  3. Find the retention screws (usually near the emitter, sometimes on the side).
  4. Tighten each screw with the included hex key, alternating, until the blade does not wobble.
  5. Gently shake the saber — if the blade moves, tighten a quarter turn more.
