What IS covered
- Manufacturing defects in the hilt, electronics, or core.
- Premature component failure under normal use.
- Sound board, LED, or speaker failure not caused by misuse.
What is NOT covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or improper handling (including dueling impacts beyond reasonable expectations).
- Water damage.
- Battery damage from non-recommended batteries or chargers — use the included 5V 1A setup.
- Modifications or disassembly, including custom firmware.
- Normal cosmetic wear (blade scuffs, finish wear).
- Products past the 12-month period.
How to make a warranty claim
Email support@bjsaber.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video. We will diagnose within 1-2 business days and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
